Jay Gokhale

Jay Gokhale is the Co-Founder and CEO of Woflow and a Managing Partner at South Park Commons, based in San Francisco, California. He previously served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Ashby, a talent software platform that raised more than $30 million and powered hiring for organizations like OpenAI before its acquisition by PayPal in March 2024. Additionally, he co-founded Interviewing.io, a technical recruiting platform that served more than 1,000 engineers, and successfully led Woflow through the Y Combinator Winter 2020 batch. Under his leadership, Woflow secured a $7.3 million Series A funding round in February 2022 to scale its automated merchant data structuring capabilities for the on-demand economy. Equipped with a computer science degree from Stanford University, he currently focuses on advising early-stage startups and investing across artificial intelligence, developer tools, and B2B software infrastructure.
