Jason Okra

Jason Okra is the San Francisco-based CEO and Co-founder of Wayline, an artificial intelligence voice agent platform designed for property managers. Previously, he served as an executive at WeWork, directing the company's $110 million All-Access commercial business and managing its WeLive coliving product. As a serial proptech entrepreneur, Okra founded Cribspot, a Y Combinator-backed startup whose team joined Apartmentlist in 2018, and bootstrapped the property management firm Baker Street to $1 million in annual recurring revenue. He also headed software development at Jupe, advised Kopa, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. Across his various ventures, Okra has raised over $25 million in funding for multiple Y Combinator-backed companies. His current focus centers on integrating advanced software engineering and artificial intelligence into real estate operations and multi-family housing management.
