Jared Heyman

Jared Heyman is the Managing Partner at Rebel Fund and Executive Chairman of CrowdMed, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At Rebel Fund, he oversees early stage venture capital investments exclusively targeting Y Combinator startups, recently closing a $31 million Fund II in early 2024. The firm utilizes proprietary algorithms and a network of successful Y Combinator alumni from multi-billion dollar exits to drive seed stage allocation decisions. Previously, Heyman founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of the market research firm Infosurv before launching the health technology platform CrowdMed during the Y Combinator Winter 2013 batch. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
