Janice Min

Janice Min is the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Ankler Media, based in Los Angeles, California. She partnered with founder Richard Rushfield in 2021 to expand the entertainment newsletter platform, leading the company through the Y Combinator accelerator and raising capital at a $20 million valuation in 2022. Under her leadership, Ankler Media expanded its network of newsletters and podcasts, achieving nearly 3,000 percent annual revenue growth by the close of 2024. Previously, Min served as Co-President and Chief Creative Officer of Guggenheim Media, where she directed the editorial turnaround of The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard, and earlier held the position of Editor-in-Chief at Us Weekly. The two-time National Magazine Award recipient holds degrees from Columbia University. Her career centers on transforming legacy publishing brands and scaling digital media platforms focused on the entertainment business.
