JAN-HENDRIK RUETTINGER

Jan-Hendrik Ruettinger is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Dataleap, an early-stage artificial intelligence software startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2023, the enterprise participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch and has raised $3 million in initial seed funding to develop generative AI market research platforms. Before launching this five-person software company, Ruettinger worked as an artificial intelligence and machine learning researcher at Oxford University and Volkswagen, focusing on advanced enterprise data solutions. He additionally gained corporate strategy experience during a tenure in management consulting at Boston Consulting Group and completed specialized academic studies at the Center for Digital Technology and Management in Munich. His current focus centers on leveraging his academic machine learning credentials to engineer agentic work tools that automate complex operational workflows for early-stage technology companies.
