Jan Alexander Jedlinski is the Vienna, Austria-based Co-Founder and CEO of Candidately, an AI-powered recruiting platform and client portal for staffing agencies. Before launching his current venture, he co-founded and served as CEO of Gustav, a contingent workforce management platform that prompted his relocation to the United States to participate in the Y Combinator Summer 2017 batch. Since entering the human resources technology sector in 2016, Jedlinski has focused exclusively on developing enterprise software products tailored specifically for complex talent acquisition workflows. Under his leadership, Candidately has established strategic integrations and partnerships with several major industry entities, including the Bullhorn software ecosystem and Talent Tech Labs. His current professional focus remains on building Candidate Search AI and leveraging machine learning to optimize candidate discovery processes and improve operational efficiency for global staffing organizations.
