Jamie Quint

Jamie Quint is a General Partner at Uncommon Capital and Co-Founder of Rye, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2021, he served as the Head of Growth at Notion as employee number eleven. He previously worked as the Senior Director of Product for Monetization at Reddit, where he successfully drove a threefold increase in platform revenue between 2016 and 2019. A two-time Y Combinator alumnus, he has also acted as a strategic growth advisor for prominent technology companies including Twitch. At Uncommon Capital, he writes initial checks ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 for early-stage software startups, building a portfolio that includes companies like Mercury. His current focus centers on leveraging his fifteen years of operational experience to support pre-seed and Series A founders across B2B SaaS, fintech, and consumer technology.
