James Griffith

James Griffith is the COO and Co-Founder of SchemeFlow, a construction technology software platform dedicated to automating government approvals and regulatory compliance for infrastructure projects. Prior to establishing this proptech venture, he built his technical foundation as a professional engineer at Arup, a major multinational engineering and design consultancy. Griffith completed his higher education at the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with First Class honors in Engineering. Demonstrating a broad geographic scope of technical proficiency, he maintains professional engineering licenses across three distinct international jurisdictions, specifically California, the United Kingdom, and Europe. At SchemeFlow, he manages the operational leadership of the company while developing systems to navigate complex municipal requirements. His current focus remains on combining his deep engineering background with software innovation to modernize the construction sector and streamline government compliance.
