Ishan Khare is the Co-founder of Nimbic AI, an early-stage artificial intelligence company developing specialized tools for software engineering teams. Established in 2025, the enterprise currently operates with a core team of three employees and focuses on solving technical debt associated with maintaining software repositories. The company's primary product automates the generation and continuous updating of internal engineering documentation, triggering these updates automatically with every new code commit. Khare launched this venture in collaboration with co-founders Akshath M and Ishan Mehta to address inefficiencies in standard development cycles. To accelerate its market entry and product development, Nimbic AI secured institutional backing by participating in the Y Combinator accelerator program as a member of the X25 batch.
