Ish Baid

Ish Baid is the Co-founder of Wayside, an artificial intelligence startup developing automated assistants for human resources teams, and is based in the United States. Before launching Wayside in 2023, he served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Virtually, an educational technology platform that participated in Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch. During his tenure at Virtually, he secured venture capital funding from prominent investors including Tiger Global and GSV Ventures, earning him a spot on the 2022 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Education. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
