Impact Airelobhegbe is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Lenco, a B2B digital banking platform based in Lagos, Nigeria. Founded in 2021 alongside Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Airelobhegbe, the financial technology company provides corporate banking services, multi-currency accounts, and API infrastructure to thousands of businesses across the West African region. Under his operational leadership, the fintech startup expanded its workforce to approximately thirteen employees and successfully participated in the highly competitive Y Combinator Winter 2022 accelerator batch. In his current executive capacity, he oversees daily business operations, product development initiatives, and regional growth strategies for the rapidly expanding corporate banking platform. Airelobhegbe maintains a primary professional focus on scaling financial technology infrastructure, optimizing expense management systems, and developing comprehensive neobanking solutions tailored specifically for the broader African startup ecosystem and corporate sector.
