Iñigo Rumayor is the Chief Executive Officer of Arcus, a multi-rail payments infrastructure platform, and is currently based in Mexico City, Mexico. He guided the fintech enterprise through its strategic acquisition by Mastercard in 2021, a transaction that represented the global financial corporation's first-ever corporate acquisition within the Latin American market. Under his operational leadership, Arcus successfully built and deployed direct technical integrations into SPEI, the national real-time payments network managed by the Banco de México. Before leading Arcus, Rumayor co-founded the cross-border bill payment platform Regalii, where he directed early growth and operational scaling while serving dual roles as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. His professional background centers on building cross-border transaction infrastructure and advancing real-time payment systems across the Latin American technology sector.
