Ignacio Detmer is the Co-Founder of Opencasa and a technology entrepreneur based in Santiago, Chile. Serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, he helped scale the automotive e-commerce platform from an initial $2 million in capital to a valuation exceeding $1 billion. The unicorn startup was subsequently acquired by Prosus Group and integrated into OLX Group in 2020. At Opencasa, Detmer currently oversees a proptech platform that manages a $75 million real estate portfolio across the United States, while also acting as an angel investor in more than ten early-stage companies.
