Ian Tracey

Ian Tracey is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Turntable, a Y Combinator-backed data analytics startup, and currently works in Applied AI at Ramp. Previously, he served as a Tech Lead at Stripe from 2023 to 2025, directing machine learning ranking systems, and worked as a Software Engineer at Pinterest, driving growth initiatives that quintupled small and medium business advertising. His earlier engineering tenure includes developing the Atlassian Guard product as a Software Engineer at Atlassian and building autonomous drone swarm applications at Latitude before its acquisition by L3. Tracey also co-founded and served as President of Hack Arizona, scaling the collegiate hackathon to over 3,000 student participants and securing $500,000 in corporate sponsorships.
