Henson Orser

Henson Orser is the Founder of Two Dots, an artificial intelligence startup developing fraud prevention and underwriting agents, and is currently based in Dubai. Before transitioning to the AI sector in 2024, he spent over two decades in institutional finance, holding senior positions including Head of Global Markets Sales Americas at Nomura. He subsequently entered the digital asset space as President of Komainu, an institutional cryptocurrency custodian established as a joint venture between Nomura, Ledger, and CoinShares. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, leading the implementation of the jurisdiction's inaugural independent regulatory framework for digital assets. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University, Orser now focuses on leveraging autonomous machine learning technologies to streamline risk assessment and credit decisions for the fintech industry.
