Henry Mascot is the Co-founder and CEO of Curacel, an enterprise insurtech company based in London, England. Under his leadership, the firm has scaled its team to 100 employees, expanded operations across 15 emerging markets to power insurers like AXA, and secured $3.5 million in seed funding from investors including Y Combinator, Tencent, and Google. Previously, Mascot served as a Growth Consultant at 54gene during its Y Combinator cohort and worked as the Growth Lead at AmplifyPay, where he developed enterprise sales strategies to acquire major banking clients. He also held an Entrepreneur in Residence position at the Dubai100 Healthcare Accelerator and holds a degree in materials engineering. His current focus centers on building artificial intelligence and software infrastructure for the insurance sector, alongside developing open-source AI agent platforms like OpenClaw for knowledge work.
