Hendrik Van Hove

Hendrik Van Hove is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Conveo, an AI-moderated voice and video interviewing platform based in Brussels, Belgium. Before launching the B2B SaaS startup, the 26-year-old entrepreneur worked as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on technology, artificial intelligence, and private equity projects. His earlier career includes corporate finance experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and an Off-Cycle Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard. He also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at GCA Altium and completed a Private Equity Internship at Down 2 Earth Capital while earning an MSc in Business Engineering and completing coursework in artificial intelligence. Van Hove currently focuses on leveraging his background in high finance and strategy to build AI-driven tools that scale qualitative research and analysis.
