Hendrik Roosna

Hendrik Roosna is the founder and CEO of Fairown, a fintech company enabling circular economy models through product-as-a-service subscriptions, based in Tallinn, Estonia. An alumnus of the Y Combinator S16 batch and the founder of Upgraded, he has accumulated over 18 years of experience in asset-backed financing and payment solutions. Under his leadership, Fairown has facilitated hardware-as-a-service programs for over 50,000 consumers through strategic partnerships with global technology brands including Apple, Samsung, and LG. In 2022, Roosna secured a €5.7 million seed funding round led by Neosfer, the early-stage fund of Commerzbank, and STIHL Ventures to scale operations across multiple European markets. Recognized with a Subscriptions Product Development award at the Asset Finance Connect Summer Awards, his current focus remains on expanding sustainable finance infrastructure and B2B2C subscription platforms to drive circular consumption worldwide.
