Hendra Kwik

Hendra Kwik is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fazz, a Southeast Asian financial technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and previously worked as a Business Analyst at Kudo, an O2O platform that was later acquired by Grab. Kwik originally launched the business as Payfazz, which became the first Indonesian startup to graduate from Y Combinator before merging with Singaporean fintech Xfers in 2021. Under his leadership, the unified corporate entity has secured over $170 million in total funding, including a $100 million Series C round in 2022 backed by institutional investors like Tiger Global. His current professional focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and digital payment infrastructure to expand financial inclusion for millions of underserved rural users and commercial enterprises across the region.
