Harshil Rastogi

Harshil Rastogi is the Co-Founder and CTO of DiligenceSquared, an AI-native commercial due diligence platform based in San Francisco, California. He recently helped secure $5 million in seed funding for the enterprise in a March 2026 investment round led by RELENTLESS, with participation from Y Combinator's Fall 2025 cohort. Prior to launching the startup, Rastogi worked as a Software Engineer at Google, where he led artificial intelligence and machine learning systems designed to detect fraud and abuse within Google Ads at scale. His decade-long technical career also includes software engineering and product management roles at major technology companies like Flipkart, Innovaccer, and Acronis, alongside a successful financial exit from a previously co-founded startup. Rastogi currently focuses on developing automated market research and expert interview architectures for tier-one private equity investment teams and consulting firms.
