Haokun Qin

Haokun Qin is a tech entrepreneur and the co-founder of Gale Visa, a data-driven technology platform designed to streamline United States immigration services and application processing. He began his academic career by earning a degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo, providing the quantitative foundation for his subsequent work in artificial intelligence. Prior to establishing his current legal technology venture, Qin served as a machine learning engineer at Viavi, where he specifically architected and deployed advanced computer vision systems. Motivated by his personal background of having immigrated twice over the past 20 years, he has processed dozens of business immigration applications through the Gale Visa infrastructure. His current professional focus centers on combining his technical expertise in machine learning with data science to solve complex global mobility challenges and modernize the traditional immigration framework.
