Greg Volynsky is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zoa Research, an artificial intelligence startup backed by Y Combinator. He concurrently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Paradome and previously held public sector leadership positions within the State of Rhode Island and the United States Senate. Volynsky earned his degree from Harvard Law, where he developed specialized expertise in constitutional law and electoral systems before transitioning into the technology sector. Prior to his legal and political career, he attended Bergen County Academies, winning an entrepreneurship award at age 17. At Zoa Research, he successfully led the company through the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch, focusing on the development of realistic reinforcement learning environments. His current focus centers on bridging advanced neural network research with scalable commercial applications across the artificial intelligence and scientific discovery sectors.
