Prior to his tenure at Lightspeed, Sands held a pivotal role as the Vice President of Finance at Netscape Communications, where he was part of the executive team that guided the company through its groundbreaking IPO. His earlier career included stints at General Atlantic Partners and Morgan Stanley, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of finance, strategy, and market dynamics. Greg holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.
