Glenn Töws

Glenn Töws is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of stagewise, a B2B artificial intelligence development tooling startup based in Bielefeld, Germany. Founded in 2024, the two-employee enterprise software company is building a browser-based coding agent designed to assist with complex frontend engineering tasks on real codebases. Alongside co-founder Julian Goetze, Töws secured acceptance into the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch to further scale the platform's technical capabilities. Prior to launching stagewise, he led the development and adoption of a new componentization framework for embedded software at the German appliance manufacturer Miele. He previously studied electrical engineering at DHBW Mosbach in partnership with Rheinmetall, focusing on functional safety in automotive embedded software. His current focus centers on leveraging his enterprise systems background to build and scale venture-backed artificial intelligence applications for modern web developers.
