George Carollo

George Carollo is a San Francisco-based entrepreneur and the current co-founder of Dover, a recruiting technology platform established in 2019. At Dover, he splits his time between customer success and business operations, helping scale a software platform that automates end-to-end hiring workflows for more than 80 early-stage startup clients. The company participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2019 batch and has since secured venture capital backing from prominent investment firms including Founders Fund and Tiger Global. Prior to developing human resources software, Carollo worked across project finance, venture capital, and financial technology, which included analyzing industry data for the Forbes Midas List and leading strategic finance initiatives at an early-stage startup. He holds a master's degree and two bachelor's degrees from Stanford University, underpinning his current focus on building automated business-to-business talent acquisition tools.
