Geoff Cook

Geoff Cook is the Chief Executive Officer of Noom, a digital healthcare and weight-loss company, and is based in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Before joining Noom in August 2023, he spent over fifteen years as the co-founder and CEO of the social networking platform myYearbook, which later rebranded to The Meet Group. Under his leadership, The Meet Group scaled to millions of daily active users before being acquired by ProSiebenSat.1 and General Atlantic for approximately $500 million in 2020. Following the acquisition, he served as co-CEO of ParshipMeet Group before transitioning to the digital health sector to manage Noom's expansion into clinical obesity management and GLP-1 prescription companion programs. Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and focuses on scaling consumer technology platforms across the social networking and wellness sectors.
