Gaurav Luhariwala

Gaurav Luhariwala is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tejas AI, a risk decisioning platform for the banking sector. Backed by Y Combinator, his current enterprise develops artificial intelligence software designed to improve financial inclusion and streamline risk assessment for global financial institutions. Previously, he served as the Head of Product and Business at Tartan, where he built data and Know Your Customer solutions for Indian banks. During his tenure at Tartan, Luhariwala successfully scaled the company's revenue by eight times within a single year. Before entering the financial technology sector, he developed and sold a D2C conversion product to more than thirty brands while still completing his undergraduate studies. His career focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to build scalable infrastructure for the banking, financial services, and insurance industries.
