Gabe Horwitz

Gabe Horwitz is the Co-Founder and Chief of Product at eqtble, a human resources analytics platform based in New York City. Since launching the venture-backed startup in 2020, he has overseen product strategy and development to help enterprise organizations integrate and analyze disparate workforce data. Prior to this executive role, Horwitz built and led the human resources analytics team at WeWork between 2017 and 2020 during the company's rapid hypergrowth phase. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Data Scientist at Johnson & Johnson and served as a Specialist in the Israeli Defense Forces. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an endurance athlete who has successfully completed a total of four marathons. Horwitz currently focuses on leveraging his technical expertise in corporate data science to build business-to-business software products that drive data-informed talent operations.
