Francisca Noguera

Francisca Noguera is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Toku, a Y Combinator-backed financial technology startup based in Santiago, Chile. She established the B2B payment collection platform in 2020 alongside Cristina Etcheberry, participating in the Winter 2021 batch and helping secure a $7.1 million seed round in 2023 followed by a $9.3 million round in 2024. In her current leadership role, Noguera oversees sales, marketing, and revenue strategy to drive the company's regional expansion across Chile, Mexico, and Brazil. Prior to launching Toku, she spent three years in the Chilean financial market at Falabella and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Today, her primary focus centers on automating digital payments for large Latin American enterprises, while she maintains a passion for singing and connecting with people.
