Finn Bauer

Finn Bauer is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of kapa.ai, a rapidly growing artificial intelligence startup currently based in Dover, Delaware. Before launching this enterprise in early 2023, he worked as a software engineer building complex low-latency trading systems at Bloomberg and held sales positions at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Imperial College London and a Master of Science in Finance from the London School of Economics. Under his technical leadership, the company has grown to nineteen employees, secured a multimillion-dollar seed round led by Initialized Capital, and participated in the prestigious Y Combinator Summer 2023 batch. The platform currently serves over two hundred teams and has successfully processed more than ten million technical questions for major enterprise clients including OpenAI, Grafana, and Docker.
