Filip Rakowski

Filip Rakowski is the Co-Founder of Alokai, an enterprise headless commerce platform, and is currently based in Wrocław, Poland. Having started programming at age thirteen, he began his professional career as a software engineer at the eCommerce agency Divante, where he contributed to major architectural projects including the SAP Spartacus framework. Rakowski subsequently founded Vue Storefront, an open source frontend platform that currently powers thousands of live global retail stores and secured a $20 million Series A funding round led by Felix Capital in March 2023. Under his technical leadership, the company officially rebranded to Alokai in May 2024 to reflect its strategic expansion beyond its initial framework into a broader, technology agnostic frontend architecture. His ongoing professional focus centers on advancing open source frontend technologies and aligning developer experience with tangible business outcomes across the global eCommerce sector.
