Filip Kozera

Filip Kozera is the cofounder and CEO of Wordware, an artificial intelligence development platform focused on natural language programming and agent orchestration. Before launching Wordware, he cofounded and successfully exited KRISTALIC, a startup designed to augment human memory using machine learning. Earlier in his career, Kozera served as the cofounder and CEO of Golem Network, where he architected a decentralized computing platform and led its initial coin offering in 2016. He studied deep learning at the University of Cambridge and recently scaled Wordware by releasing a viral Twitter analysis tool that attracted millions of users, drawing attention from firms like Sequoia Capital. Outside the technology sector, he has traveled to 103 countries and participated in high-altitude mountaineering rescue operations in Kyrgyzstan and Nepal. His current focus centers on advancing AI-native developer tools and open-source solutions.
