Fernando Gomez Arriola

Fernando Gomez Arriola is the Co-Founder and Co-Director General of Nexu, an automotive financing platform based in Mexico City, Mexico. In his current executive role, he directly oversees the company's credit and risk assessment, daily operations, corporate finance, and human resources functions. Before launching this growing Mexican fintech startup, he directed international growth and business development initiatives at Shopify and worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Earlier in his professional career, he served as an actuarial analyst at the New York Life Insurance Company. He holds an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Sciences and later earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. His professional career currently focuses on combining his strong mathematical foundation with corporate business strategy to scale automotive financial technology solutions across the broader Latin American market.
