Felipe Domínguez

Felipe Domínguez is a software engineer and the Co-founder of Plutto, a B2B identity verification startup based in Santiago, Chile. Prior to establishing the company, he spent several years working professionally as a full-stack developer, building extensive domain expertise in software engineering and complex API integration. In the summer of 2021, Domínguez successfully led Plutto through the Silicon Valley-based Y Combinator accelerator program as a participating member of its S21 batch. The enterprise software platform currently provides automated background check and KYC/AML infrastructure specifically designed for the rapidly growing Latin American startup ecosystem. Outside of his professional technology career in the software industry, he is an active mountaineer who frequently participates in high-altitude outdoor recreation. Domínguez currently focuses on scaling Plutto's API infrastructure to streamline corporate compliance and identity verification processes across emerging regional markets.
