Federico Naides

Federico Naides is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Riogrande, an e-commerce brand aggregator based in Mexico City, Mexico. Since establishing the company in 2021, he has helped secure a $12 million seed funding round to acquire and scale direct-to-consumer brands across the Latin American market. Prior to this venture, Naides held various operational leadership roles at prominent technology companies, including Rocket Internet and Delivery Hero. He also served as an Operations Manager at Dafiti in 2017, where he developed specialized expertise in fashion logistics and e-commerce supply chain management. His current enterprise is backed by the startup accelerator Y Combinator, providing institutional support for his strategy of regional brand consolidation. Naides currently focuses on leveraging his industrial engineering background to optimize product growth, logistics, and operational efficiency within the Latin American consumer technology sector.
