Fabio Muniz

Fabio Muniz is the Chief Product Officer at Fluency Academy and is based in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to this role, he served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Awari, a Y Combinator-backed online education platform offering technology, design, and business courses. During his tenure, he scaled the startup to serve more than 20,000 learners across Latin America before leading its successful acquisition by Fluency Academy, an educational technology company backed by General Atlantic. In his current executive position, he oversees the company's corporate education offerings, product design, and post-acquisition integration strategies. Before founding Awari, he built his product expertise across various sectors including real estate, human resources, fitness, and retail. Muniz leverages over ten years of product management experience to focus on scaling digital learning platforms and advancing career upskilling initiatives within the edtech sector.
