Fabian Lindfors

Fabian Lindfors is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Encore, a venture-backed backend development platform based in Stockholm, Sweden. Before establishing the startup in 2020, he served as a Software Engineer at Stripe, where he focused on building scalable global payments infrastructure. Prior to his tenure at Stripe, Lindfors worked as a Software Engineer at Spotify, contributing to the technical development of complex backend systems and large-scale cloud infrastructure. At Encore, he recently led the rollout of the company's proprietary open-source backend framework and directed its major technical expansion to support TypeScript alongside Go in 2023. Throughout his career across these major technology enterprises, he has developed deep domain expertise in Golang and distributed systems architecture. His current professional focus centers on advancing developer tools and simplifying cloud backend engineering for modern distributed systems.
