Evan Dancer

Evan Dancer is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Hailey, a remote team software startup, and is currently based in San Francisco, California. He previously served as the Co-Founder and CTO of Cribspot, a student housing rental marketplace backed by Y Combinator that managed approximately 1,000 tenants before its acquisition in 2018. Following this exit, Dancer transitioned to the property technology company Apartment List, where he worked as an Engineering Manager and Co-Head of Engineering until 2022. He subsequently held the position of Head of Engineering at the Web3 spatial computing platform Wildxyz and is an alumnus of the University of Michigan. Alongside his co-founder Tim Jones, Dancer currently focuses on building and scaling complex technical products for early-stage startups, specializing in engineering leadership across the property technology, Web3, and remote collaboration sectors.
