Etienne-Noel Krause

Etienne-Noel Krause is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of autarc, a venture-backed climate technology startup based in Berlin, Germany. He established the B2B software platform in 2023 to help traditional HVAC installers plan, size, and deploy residential heat pumps more efficiently across the broader European market. Under his executive leadership, autarc successfully secured a €3 million Seed funding round in February 2024, which was led by venture capital firms PT1 and eCAPITAL, to further expand its core operating system capabilities. Prior to launching his current venture, Krause gained direct domain expertise working within the traditional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sector, and he also held a professional role at the e-mobility company Dance. His current focus centers on leveraging B2B SaaS solutions to digitize legacy installation workflows and accelerate the transition toward sustainable residential energy infrastructure.
