During his tenure at Insight Partners, Ethan was deeply involved in numerous enterprise software investments, contributing significantly to the firm's portfolio growth. His experience there provided him with a comprehensive understanding of scaling technology companies and identifying market-leading solutions.

Prior to his venture capital career, Ethan Ruby gained foundational experience in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He worked within the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) investment banking group, where he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises. This background equipped him with a rigorous analytical framework and a deep understanding of market dynamics, which he now applies to his early-stage investment decisions at Craft Ventures.
