Ernie Ho

Ernie Ho is a technology entrepreneur, artificial intelligence researcher, and current Graduate Student at the Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science. As a startup founder, he previously co-founded and developed Yamkr, a consumer social application that successfully scaled its user base and attracted an acquisition offer from an undisclosed buyer. Before his work in consumer social platforms, Ho contributed to advanced engineering projects as a software engineer at the Uber Advanced Technologies Group, the ride-hailing company's dedicated self-driving car unit. His earlier academic and technical experience includes a tenure as a researcher within the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ho's current focus remains concentrated on the intersection of advanced computer science research, autonomous vehicle systems engineering, and the practical application of artificial intelligence technologies.
