Erik Schultink

Erik Schultink is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Worklytics, an enterprise software company based in Seattle, Washington. Before launching the people analytics startup in 2015, he spent six years serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tuenti, a Spanish social network and mobile network operator. In this executive capacity, he scaled the platform's engineering operations and directed its technical strategy through a successful acquisition by telecommunications giant Telefonica in 2010. Earlier in his professional career, Schultink gained foundational software engineering experience working at Facebook and earned an undergraduate degree in computer science from Harvard University. Today, his technical leadership bridges enterprise SaaS development and startup growth. His current focus centers on building workplace analytics tools that help human resources departments measure team productivity, manage return to office transitions, and mitigate employee burnout.
