Eric Rowell

Eric Rowell is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Wayline, an artificial intelligence voice platform for property managers participating in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch. As a three-time Y Combinator founder, he previously served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Second, securing $1.9 million for enterprise codebase maintenance tools, and was the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Uiflow. Under his technical leadership, Uiflow raised $21 million before being acquired by Workday, where he subsequently worked as the Head of Data Visualization. Earlier in his career, he oversaw a $110 million All-Access product at WeWork and held user interface architect positions at LinkedIn and Yahoo. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline property management operations, building upon a comprehensive background in enterprise software architecture and developer tools.
