Emmanuel Igbodudu

Emmanuel Igbodudu is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Waza, a B2B payment and liquidity platform, based in London, United Kingdom. He recently led the Y Combinator-backed startup through its Winter 2023 batch and helped secure $8 million in funding in August 2024 to expand its global treasury infrastructure. Previously, he served as a Senior Engineer at Revolut, where he contributed to the development of the company's consumer Vaults product. Prior to this, he held leading engineering positions at several prominent African financial technology firms, including Fairmoney, Carbon, and TeamApt, which is now known as Moniepoint. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin in Nigeria. His professional career centers on technical leadership and software engineering to scale consumer and enterprise financial products across European and African markets.
