Elise Polezel

Elise Polezel is the CEO of HigherMe, an HR technology platform for retail and service employers, based in San Francisco. She assumed leadership of the company in 2021 after partnering with Pacific Lake Partners as a solo searcher, subsequently scaling the organization to support several dozen employees. Previously, Polezel served as the Co-Founder and COO of Replenish, an early-stage startup that participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2014 batch. She holds the rare distinction of being a two-time Y Combinator alumna, as HigherMe also completed the accelerator program during its Winter 2015 cohort. Her earlier professional experience includes working as a Summer MBA Associate at Pacific Lake Partners, where she focused on search fund investments. Today, Polezel focuses on expanding B2B software solutions and applicant tracking systems designed specifically for the hourly workforce.
