ELIAS KASSELL

Elias Kassell is the Founder and CEO of Automator, a property management automation platform based in San Francisco, California. He previously studied Computer Science at Stanford University before joining Dataform as an early software engineer. Following Dataform's acquisition by Google in 2020, Kassell served as a Software Engineer for the technology giant until 2021, focusing on data pipelines and cloud infrastructure within the BigQuery ecosystem. He subsequently launched Automator through the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch, securing a $2.5 million seed round and a $4 million Series A extension led by Bessemer Venture Partners in early 2026. The platform launched its beta in March 2025, successfully onboarding over 500 properties to its system. Kassell currently focuses on bridging his big tech data engineering expertise with artificial intelligence to streamline real estate operations and property technology.
