Elena Nadolinski is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Iron Fish, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency project based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before entering the blockchain sector in 2017, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Virginia Tech and worked as a software engineer at Microsoft, Tilt, and Airbnb. Under her leadership, Iron Fish secured over $32 million in total venture funding, including a $27.7 million Series A round in 2021 led by Andreessen Horowitz and supported by Sequoia Capital. She successfully guided the decentralized layer-1 blockchain network to its public mainnet launch in April 2023 and was recognized on the 2022 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Finance. Nadolinski's current work focuses on advancing digital privacy and asset accessibility across multiple blockchains within Web3 through the implementation of zero-knowledge proofs.
