Eitan Frailich

Eitan Frailich is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Development at Hypercore, a financial technology startup based in Israel. He began his professional career serving in the Israel Defense Forces within the elite MAMRAM technological unit, where he developed his foundational software engineering and leadership capabilities. Following his military service, Frailich worked as a freelance web and mobile application developer before co-founding the software development firm Articode LTD. At Articode, he operated a specialized development agency that delivered geographic information systems and complex financial software projects for large enterprises, defense contractors, and early-stage startups. He eventually transitioned from agency work to dedicated product development by launching Hypercore, which currently operates with a team of approximately seven employees. His current focus centers on driving technical execution, scaling internal operations, and building scalable software infrastructure for the credit and lending sector.
