Edward Zhang is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Tiny, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup that is currently based in Singapore. At Tiny, which participated in the accelerator's Fall 2024 batch, he directs the technical strategy and product development for the company's core software-as-a-service platform. Prior to this executive role, Zhang led the core engineering efforts to build and scale Apple’s Services API gateway from its initial inception to global enterprise scale. Earlier in his career, he worked as a full-stack software engineer at the human resources platform Zenefits and the wealth management technology firm Addepar, contributing to complex backend systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Zhang's professional focus centers on developing scalable application programming interfaces, enterprise software infrastructure, and full-stack engineering solutions for high-growth technology startups.
