Edoardo Maschio

Edoardo Maschio is the Co-founder of Diligent AI, an artificial intelligence compliance startup based between London, UK, and Berlin, Germany. Founded in 2023, the company develops AI agents to automate complex financial crime workflows, including know-your-customer and anti-money laundering processes for banks and fintechs. Diligent AI secured a €2.1 million seed round led by Speedinvest and participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2023 accelerator program. Prior to launching his own venture, Maschio served as an Investment Associate and Chief of Staff for the early-stage team at Rocket Internet, where he incubated and funded multiple fintech startups. He previously worked as a Junior Associate at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on corporate strategy and management. His career centers on leveraging his early-stage venture capital and strategic consulting experience to build automated risk management solutions for the financial sector.
